Job Description
- Manage P&L for assigned customers, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead and oversee teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with technical, production, and marketing teams.
- Provide technical guidance and foster strong customer partnerships to support growth.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasts and optimize stock levels while minimizing financial risks with support from Finance.
- Coordinate customer updates on global opportunities with internal teams.
- Drive special projects assigned by the Country Manager, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
- Maintain strong market knowledge and uphold company standards and competencies.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG, with exposure to B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
- Strong background in account management, customer strategy development, and partnership building.
- Experience working in regional roles, preferably handling the Asia Pacific market.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Key Account Managers across multiple countries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
