Job Description
Senior Finance Manager - Business Partner FMCG industry Responsibilities:- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis to support sales strategy and business growth through insights and recommendations.
Business Partnering:- Collaborate with commercial teams and function heads to provide financial guidance and insights impacting future performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business case development and investment feasibility.
- Advise on customer plans, marketing budgets, and reinvestment opportunities.
Sales Controlling:- Oversee sales controlling activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Guide customer planning by channel, monitoring profitability and trade stock.
- Review sales performance monthly to track risks and opportunities, and support ROI analysis of promotions.
- Provide financial reports and insights for consumer products.
- Participate in monthly business reviews, aligning with Sales Leadership on performance.
Forecasting & Budgeting:- Lead all planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for sales categories and channels.
- Standardize planning templates and establish KPIs with Sales Leadership.
- Monitor margin reports and highlight risks or anomalies in profitability.
Team Management:- Manage finance business partner team, providing support and addressing performance issues.
- Ensure team development and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:- 10+ years of experience, with 5-7 years in Commercial Finance / Business Partner.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Expertise in financial analysis and business KPIs, with a strong understanding of FMCG.
- Leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
