Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales of our company's automotive-grade semiconductor power devices and power modules in the European market.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop sales plans, implement sales targets, and be accountable for the performance results in Thai market.
  • Serve as the company's bridgehead in the Thai market, research and analyze customer needs in the Thai market, understand competitors' product strategies globally, and collect industry information and competitor information both domestically and internationally.
  • Possess an international perspective, understand the main customer needs and applications in the Thai and Japanese new energy vehicle markets, collect and communicate customer needs, and cooperate with the company's market expansion strategy.
  • Participate in building and maintaining customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and conduct exhibitions and other business activities in the region.
  • Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company's new platform products (other analog/IC products) in the market.
 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
  • 7 years of experience and 3 or more years of overseas work experience.
  • Having a professional background in power electronics/semiconductor physics is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking, and able to use it as a working language.
  • Overseas study experience is preferred.
  • Having relevant sales experience in the overseas power semiconductor industry or new energy automotive electronic components industry is preferred.
  • Clear logical thinking, proactive work attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong team collaboration abilities.
