Retail Operations and Special Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and growth in the company’s convenience retail business.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align local strategies with overall retail objectives.
Operations Management:
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, including merchandising, pricing, and store presentation.
- Optimize supply chain processes to ensure product availability and inventory control.
- Drive operational efficiency through technology and process improvements.
Customer Experience:
- Enhance the customer journey by ensuring high service standards and implementing innovative solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, coach, and develop retail site managers and teams to achieve business goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with franchisees, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual growth.
Financial Management:
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, margins, and costs, to meet business targets.
- Develop and manage budgets for convenience retail operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in retail management, convenience store operations, or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems.
