Job Description
Recruitment consultant We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at CGP Thailand. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their talent needs, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a passion for matching top talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, business goals, and company culture.
- Provide consultative advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Sourcing & Management:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels including databases, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Manage and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and preparing them for interviews.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
- Business Development:
- Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and market research.
- Build and expand a portfolio of clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Market Research & Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary data, and recruitment best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional knowledge and connections.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance, HR, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
