Job Description



Key job functions and success-relevant tasks
  • Develop and Implement QA Policies: Create, review, and update quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control Oversight: Oversee the inspection and testing processes for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA inspectors and technicians, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing process, using data analysis and industry best practices to implement effective changes.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant local and international regulations, including ISO standards.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, including conducting supplier audits and assessments.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints, implementing corrective actions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees, ensuring that the workforce is knowledgeable about QA processes and standards.
 

 

Qualifications and Specifications
  • Experience in Garment and Sports ware or other related fields
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and quality control tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
