Job Description
CGP Thailand works closely with international company based in Thailand to recruit IT Business Partner who specializes in digital workplace solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across the organization, enabling teamwork and seamless information sharing.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools to enhance employee productivity and work experiences.
- Provide innovative, secure, and reliable devices (phones, tablets, desktops, laptops, printers) to support employees, regardless of location or device.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support, ensuring a positive digital experience.
- Manage the release planning and control of system updates, and lead IT crisis management to ensure continuity of business-critical services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (M.B.A. preferred).
- Extensive experience in project management.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience working in global environments and collaborating with virtual teams.
- Good communication in both Thai and English
