Job Description
CGP Thailand works closely with international company based in Thailand to recruit IT Business Partner who specializes in digital solutions for sale and marketing.
Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to translate business strategies into IT product requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and teams to define, test, and deploy IT solutions.
- Analyze, document, and test program development and process flows.
- Deliver user training and create documentation for product areas.
- Support the resolution of IT issues and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design business scenarios and ensure the successful adoption of products.
- Ensure compliance and security requirements are considered in solution design.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, with knowledge in Sales.
- Strong background in IT and project management.
- Proven experience in global environments and working with virtual teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai (if applicable).
