Job Description
HR Manager (Phnom Penh) Responsibilities: · Responsible for strategic planning, organizing and controlling of all programs of human resources; ensures a proper job accountability of personnel at human resources management and development department.
· Develops and administers various human resources plans and projects in the organization.
· Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
· Oversees and supports the recruitment and selection plans and talent management programs; takes effort in administering the hiring, new employees’ orientation, job placement and counseling and exit interviewing.
· Creates proposals for developing and improving the employees’ job performance and work satisfaction.
· Facilitates the development and implementation of employees’ continuous training and development programs, career growth and succession, changing working behaviors and practices.
· Coordinates the implementation programs related to Health and Safety, Labor Relations, Social and Environmental Affairs; participates on performance reviews and meetings with the management, trade union, customers and government.
· Provides recommendations pertaining to the corporate budgeting platform that impact to employees’ incentives, rewards, wages and benefits.
· Maintains a balance and organize working relations of human resources personnel.
· Evaluates reports, decisions and results of human resources department in relation to the set goals.
· Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by the immediate superior.
· Create culture and process without corruption in company.
· Any other assignments, as appropriate to the position.
· Achieve the company target with High Efficiency basing on KPI.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, HRD, OD or related field
· At least 10 years of working experience in HR fields (Apparel manufacturing is preferred), and 5 years in managerial level.
· Professional skill on HRD management and implementation is advantage
· Good knowledge in labor law
· Strategic thinking and business acumen
· Good command of written & spoken both of Thai and English
· Proficiency for MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
