Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the ultra-luxury market.
    • Identify and target potential clients, leveraging market insights and trends.
    • Set sales goals and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.
  2. Team Leadership and Development
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide ongoing mentorship and performance feedback to achieve team excellence.
    • Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the team.
  3. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and key stakeholders.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a bespoke and personalized experience.
    • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Market Analysis and Reporting
    • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    • Recommend adjustments to strategies based on market feedback and performance analysis.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination
    • Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
    • Collaborate with property development and design teams to highlight key selling points.
    • Ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall project goals.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the ultra-luxury segment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
