Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the ultra-luxury market.
- Identify and target potential clients, leveraging market insights and trends.
- Set sales goals and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and performance feedback to achieve team excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the team.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a bespoke and personalized experience.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies based on market feedback and performance analysis.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with property development and design teams to highlight key selling points.
- Ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the ultra-luxury segment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
