Head of Corporate Finance and Asset Management – Renewable Energy
Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of assets across multiple sectors, ensuring optimal financial performance and compliance.
Lead and resolve contract negotiations and disputes related to Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements, Land Leases, and Project Financing.
Engage directly with key stakeholders including lenders, government bodies, regulators, communities, landowners, and shareholders to ensure alignment and compliance with contractual obligations.
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, covering insurance policies.
Manage the renewal process for all relevant permits and licenses, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory standards.
Deliver annual budgeting, monthly financial forecasts, and management reports to the CEO and CFO, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with technical teams to optimize operational efficiency and enhance revenue.
Ensure financial control and document management at the asset level.
Lead a dynamic team of asset management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are highly desirable.
Proven track record in corporate finance, asset management, or project finance, with experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
Expertise in contract management, risk mitigation, and financial forecasting.
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
