Job Description
A listed FMCG company is looking for a Head of Consolidation and Financial reporting.
Responsibilities:- Prepare consolidated financial statements.
- Oversee the Group’s consolidation process for both monthly internal reporting and statutory purposes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial reporting, information disclosure, and connected transactions.
- Advise management on accounting standards and new transactions.
- Provide financial analysis and information to support Investor Relations (IR) and other departments.
- Assist in preparing financial data required by regulators (SET & SEC).
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Over 6 years of professional experience in international audit firms (preferably Big 4) or recent experience as Head of Consolidation in a listed company.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of complex consolidations, TFRS, IFRS, and SET/SEC requirements.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, planning, and management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong analytical, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
