Oversee and manage the brand portfolio's P&L and EBIT.
Direct all brand-related functions, including sales, operations, marketing, CRM, product sourcing, strategy, visual merchandising, stock management, and business expansion, ensuring alignment with brand principles.
Develop and implement comprehensive plans, policies, and strategies for brand and product management, fostering collaboration across relevant departments.
Strategize and supervise all product and marketing activities, establishing brand style, vision, and value propositions to meet brand goals.
Formulate product strategies and tactics to optimize market positioning.
Support product development efforts, including pricing, brand positioning, and product launches to capitalize on new business opportunities.
Analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscape, sales forecasts, and financial reports to enhance brand and product management effectiveness.
Drive the application of an omnichannel retail concept within the brand to boost productivity and sales growth.
Forecast, monitor, and evaluate sales, promotions, and inventory performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Principle.
Establish and manage KPIs to meet budget targets, including sales, margin, inventory, markdown costs, staff costs, and OTB budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Over 10 years of relevant experience with team management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in research and data analysis.
