Job Description
One of the leading pharmaceutical companies looking for Finance Planning & Analysis Manager position
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare the company’s budgets (annual, quarterly, and monthly) by gathering data from the commercial team and closely monitoring performance.
- Generate management reports for local monitoring and group reporting.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including packaging submissions to the Group Company in Hong Kong.
- Coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary supporting documentation.
- Contribute to business development by evaluating new product proposals and suggesting internal cost-saving measures.
- Prepare financial models for new investment plans and monitor logistics costs for efficiency.
- Oversee net working capital management to reduce liquidity risks and plan payment schedules effectively.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Proven hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and working with external auditors.
