Job Description
Job Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis:- Assist in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Analyze financial performance and trends, providing insights for decision-making.
- Support KPI dashboard creation for senior management.
Budgeting & Forecasting:- Help prepare annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Profitability & Cost Analysis:- Analyze margins by product, customer, and sales channel.
- Support pricing, promotions, and contract evaluations to ensure profitability.
- Assist in reviewing COGS and overheads, recommending cost-control measures.
Commercial Support:- Evaluate new business opportunities, product launches, and market expansion.
- Support financial modeling, risk assessment, and business development initiatives.
Analysis and Reporting:- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Assist during audits and special projects for process and cost improvements.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in finance, especially in FMCG, with experience in reporting and budgeting.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel, ERP systems, and financial metrics knowledge (e.g., gross margin, inventory turnover).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and team-working skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
