Job description A machinery company is looking for finance and accounting manager. The successful candidate will report to Group Controller and be in charge of the overall finance and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial management duties such as generating financial data, preparing and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the company's financial health, including tax mapping.
- Oversee finance department operations and development, including policy creation, budgeting, recruitment, training, and conducting assessments according to group financial procedures.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage credit compliance and external reporting in line with group standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate financial reviews and audits with internal teams (e.g., business unit controllers, Finance) and external parties (e.g., Revenue Department, customs).
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closures.
- Prepare management reports and analysis for decision-making on company finances.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the company.
Job requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience in managing and controlling accounting processes, including month-end close.
- Proficient in SAP system.
