Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects related to digital solutions, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Provide strategic advice and direction on the digital transformation journey, aligning IT solutions with business needs.
- Manage the implementation of SAP and Non-SAP systems within the retail ecosystem.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that digital solutions are tailored to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define digital strategy, goals, and requirements.
- Drive adoption of new digital tools and technologies, ensuring their seamless integration with existing systems.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management within the retail industry, with a focus on digital solution implementation.
- Expertise in SAP and Non-SAP systems (ex. CRM, POS, SAP BI).
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and how digital solutions can drive efficiency and growth.
- Experience managing end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
