Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creative vision for Thailand, defining and enhancing "amazing player experiences" with innovative strategies.
  • Prioritize key player experiences to elevate and amplify in the Thai market.
  • Support the promotion of creative work through internal sharing, reels, and award submissions.
  • Continuously stay ahead of Thai player trends and behaviors, applying these insights to marketing strategies.
  • Represent the Thai market in APAC's creative craft discussions and rituals.
  • Adopt a test-and-learn approach to Thai player engagement, experimenting with new ideas.
  • Ensure a world-class standard of player experiences and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Serve as the creative director for local projects, leading the team to achieve creative excellence and outstanding execution.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Passionate designer with 5+ years of experience: A portfolio that showcases exceptional design skills across print and web, engaging players in unique ways.
  • Craft expert: Proficient with both traditional tools and digital software like Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong aesthetic sense for light, color, typography, and composition.
  • Communicative and collaborative: Excellent communication skills across various platforms, with a supportive and positive approach to teamwork.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Thai, with the ability to navigate and interpret cultural nuances and write effectively in both languages.
