Job Description
CGP Thailand is partnering with leading manufacturer. As they continue to expand business, we seek a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial growth and support expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth, profitability, and market expansion goals.
- Lead the finance team in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Drive financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies to enhance company performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop business strategies and provide insights into financial implications.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for cost efficiency and profitability.
- Lead initiatives for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize financial operations.
- Ensure robust financial governance, including internal controls, audits, and tax compliance.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven track record in driving financial strategies and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
