Job Description
A listed Thai food manufacturing compny is looking for a CFO to lead its finance and accountign team.
Job Purpose:Lead and oversee financial and accounting operations, as well as corporate governance strategies, to ensure the organization adheres to relevant regulatory standards and supervisory requirements. This includes developing operational frameworks, implementing risk management processes, and establishing internal controls aligned with corporate policies to support long-term sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategies and plans for financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations set by relevant authorities while implementing effective work practices, risk management frameworks, and internal control systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee financial operations, risk management, and internal controls to ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with established standards.
- Manage company finances, liquidity, revenue, and expense structures to ensure sustainable profitability and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Establish and maintain an effective internal control system as directed by the governing bodies, including the Board and relevant committees.
- Implement and oversee risk management strategies in line with the guidance provided by internal committees and the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the Board to provide guidance or approve financial and accounting strategies with long-term impacts.
- Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders, ensuring consistent disclosure of key information in line with industry best practices.
- Act as the organization’s representative in financial matters, maintaining positive relationships with investors, clients, and other stakeholders to enhance the organization’s reputation and networks.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- At least 15 years of senior leadership experience, with a proven track record in strategic planning and driving sustainable business growth. Experience in diverse industries is advantageous.
Required Knowledge and Skills:- Deep expertise in financial and management accounting, taxation, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Thai, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, analytical management skills, and the capacity to manage organizational change effectively.
